Mark Wilner is a trial lawyer that represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of civil litigation, including class actions, insurance coverage, personal injury, employment law, consumer protection, and commercial disputes.

Mark is a 2001 honors graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Washington Law Review, received the Judge Eugene A. Wright Scholarship Award, and externed for the Honorable William L. Dwyer of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.  After law school, Mark clerked for the Honorable Richard B. Sanders of the Washington State Supreme Court and spent three years as a litigation associate at Mundt MacGregor L.L.P.  He joined Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP in 2005.  Mark has been recognized by Washington Law & Politics magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2006, 2007, and, again, for 2008.
