Michael Rosenberger has represented clients in complex litigation in state and federal courts for nearly twenty years. His practice is wide-ranging in subject matter, but has emphasized commercial litigation, defense of major personal injury and property damage claims, multi-party environmental litigation, employment litigation and anti-piracy cases.
Mike graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1986, where he was an Editor of the Cornell Law Review. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
After law school, Mike served as law clerk to United States District Court Judge Rudi M. Brewster. Mike has significant experience in the trial of complex litigation matters, both in private practice and at the Seattle City Attorney's Office, where he was a Senior Assistant City Attorney in the Environmental and Tort Sections. He joined Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell
LLP as Of Counsel in 2006 and was named a Partner January 1, 2008. |
