GTTC Welcomes Brendan Winslow-Nason

Winslow-Nason’s practice focuses on complex and high-stakes litigation with an emphasis on insurance (representing policy holders), construction, personal injury, and business-related matters. He was formerly a partner in the Seattle office of Cozen & O’Connor. Prior to practicing law, Winslow-Nason worked for Safeco as a property and casualty agent, and then a law clerk in the company’s in-house legal department.

Winslow-Nason is a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and holds a Certified Litigation Management Professional title from Loyola University School of Law. He was recognized by the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association in its annual On the Rise - Top 40 Lawyers in the U.S. listing (2016); was named a fellow of the American Bar Foundation (2016); and is also the former president of the Washington chapter for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. He has also been recognized consecutively as a Rising Star since 2012
Winslow-Nason received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Washington. He is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.
