Boeing and Equitas Settle Environmental Cases
Boeing and London-based Equitas reached a settlement of Boeing’s
environmental insurance coverage matters, which had been pending in
state court in Wichita, Kansas and in Seattle, Washington. Boeing
was represented by GMT and Foulston & Siefkin in Wichita and by
GMT in Seattle. Equitas and Lloyd’s were represented by Susman
Godfrey (Houston), Mills, Meyers & Swartling (Seattle), Lane Powell
(Seattle), Lord, Bissell & Brook (Chicago) and Woodard, Hernandez,
Roth & Day, LLC (Wichita). The amount of the settlement is confidential.
