GMT Argues Weyerhaeuser Appeal in Washington Supreme Court
On May 9, 2000, Chuck Gordon of GMT argued on behalf of Weyerhaeuser
in the Washington Supreme Court in an insurance coverage action against
Commercial Union. Critical insurance coverage issues are at stake,
including the nature of the "all sums" language, the "settlement
offsets" issue, the aggregate limit issue and prejudgment interest
and attorneys’ fees. GMT attorneys Chuck Gordon and Jeff Tilden
have represented Weyerhaeuser throughout this environmental coverage
case at two trials and on appeal. |
