GMT Represents State of Washington In Important Insurance Case
Gordon Murray Tilden was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorneys
General to represent the State of Washington in insurance coverage
litigation with Lloyd's of London and other London-market insurers.
These coverage disputes arise out of two highly-publicized personal
injury and civil rights cases brought against the State, the David
case and the Beckman, et al. case. In both cases, the State's excess
liability insurers denied coverage. |
