GMT Successfully Prosecutes Attorney Disbarment for Washington
State Bar Association
GMT, on a pro bono basis, represented the Washington State
Bar Association in an attorney disciplinary proceeding in which the
WSBA seeks the disbarment of a Washington attorney. In May 2000, Jeff
Tilden and Frank Cordell tried the case before a WSBA Hearing Officer,
who found in favor of the WSBA and recommended that the respondent
attorney be disbarred. The case will now proceed to a hearing before
the WSBA Disciplinary Board and, ultimately, the Washington Supreme
Court. |
