Jim Murray and Frank Cordell on Faculty at Insurance Law Seminar
On June 20, 2001, GMT partners Frank Cordell and Jim Murray
were part of the faculty of the day-long seminar "Insurance Law:
Third Party Coverage in Washington." This continuing legal education
seminar was sponsored by the National Business Institute and held
at the Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle. Mr. Cordell and Mr. Murray
spoke on a variety of insurance topics, including recent developments
in the general liability insurance arena, directors and officers insurance,
ethical issues, and bad faith claims. |
