GMT selected by GlaxoSmithKline
GMT has been selected by GlaxoSmithKline to represent it in
Washington litigation and national class actions in Washington regarding
liabilities for over-the-counter cold products allegedly associated
with Phenylpropanolamine ("PPA"). GMT has represented SmithKline
Beecham in Washington litigation relating to the "Fen-Phen"
diet drug. The Washington Fen-Phen cases to date have all been dismissed.
