Boeing Settles Environmental Liabilities with Two Remaining
Insurance Companies
Boeing settled with two remaining defendants, INA and American
Re, to conclude the last phase of its coverage lawsuits against its
historical liability carriers. The amounts are confidential. Gordon
Murray Tilden filed the comprehensive case on behalf of Boeing in
Washington state court in 1999. Chuck Gordon, Jim Murray and Jeff
Tilden have represented Boeing in its environmental coverage cases
since 1986. In the past year, Jim Murray and Christie Snyder have
taken the lead in the representation. |
