Boeing and Several
Insurers Settle Environmental Cases
Boeing and several of its insurers have recently
reached settlements of Boeing’s environmental insurance coverage
matters, which had been pending in state court in Wichita, Kansas
and then in Seattle, Washington. Boeing was represented by GMT and
Foulston & Siefkin as to its Kansas claims, and by GMT in Seattle.
The amounts of the settlements are confidential.
