Frank
Cordell Addresses ABA's Environmental Advocacy Institute in Atlanta
On March 21, 2002, GMT Partner Frank Cordell
addressed the Environmental Advocacy Institute, a conference sponsored
by the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy,
and Resources. Frank spoke on the topic of "Persuasion in the
Environmental Insurance Trial." He presented his newest paper,
entitled "'If it's Not Worth Doing, it's Not Worth Doing Right'--Top
Twelve Rules for Effective Policyholder-Side Advocacy in Environmental
Coverage Cases." |
