GMT Obtains Defense Verdict for Puget Sound
Energy
March 22, 2002. Puget Sound Energy today received
a defense jury verdict in a personal injury action involving an explosion
resulting in serious burn injuries to an 11 year old boy. The jury
in the King County Superior Court case determined that PSE had no
liability for the injuries. PSE was represented at trial by GMT partner
Jeff Thomas and legal assistant Patti Godot. |
