Member Serves on Faculty of National D&O/E&O Program
On September 19-20, Jim Murray served on the
faculty of Mealey's "The Changing Face of D&O and E&O
Liabilities and Insurance in the Post Enron Era." Jim joined
a national faculty in Short Hills, New Jersey and discussed several
topics regarding D&O insurance, including allocation and other
procedural issues, the effect of Enron on the insurance market and
the impact of fraud and criminal allegations on the right to defense
costs.
