GMT Retained to Argue Hawaii Law
GMT has been retained as co-counsel, along with Margery Bronster
of Bronster, Crabtree & Hoshibata, to represent Servco Pacific,
Inc. in environmental coverage litigation pending in federal court
in Honolulu, Hawaii. Numerous coverage issues are undecided under
Hawaii law, including the "as damages" issue and the proper
interpretation of "suit" and the so-called "pollution
exclusion." Jim Murray and Christie Snyder are involved in the
representation.
