GMT Attorney To Speak At National Insurance Allocation Conference
Jim Murray will discuss the policyholder's perspective on proving
allocation at the November 17-18, 2003 Mealey's Allocation Conference
in Naples, Florida. John Altieri of O'Melveny & Myers will give
the insurer's views. Due in large part to the increase in construction
defect, product liabliity, director's and officer's, pollution and
other long-tail claims, insurance allocation is still an important
issue in coverage litigation. This conference, chaired by Marialuisa
Gallozzi of Covington & Burling and Roger Warin of Steptoe &
Johnson, affords an opportunity for practioners to be brought up to
date on the latest insurance allocation theories and their practial
implications.
