GMT Retained as Trial Counsel in Patent Infringement Litigation
Jeff Tilden and Jim Murray have been retained as trial counsel,
along with patent counsel from Klarquist Sparkman, LLP in Portland,
Oregon, to represent the interests of Wacom Technology Corporation
in an infringement lawsuit in federal district court in Seattle. The
patent at issue is directed to methods for transferring information
from digitizers, such as digitizer tablets, to a computer, such as
a personal computer. |
