Catastrophic Personal Injury Litigation Concluded
Jeff Tilden, along with co-counsel from Keller Rohrback, recently
concluded prosecution of a catastrophic injury case, on behalf of
the guardian ad litem for a nine year old girl, against the City of
Everett. Sheilana Walker-Van Buren was injured at a crosswalk on East
Marine View Drive, a high speed arterial within the city. The settlement
is confidential. |
