GMT Successfully Represents Law Firm in Jury Trial
Jim Murray and Heather Reed recently concluded a five-week
jury trial on behalf of one of the nation's largest law firms in state
court in Washington. The law firm prevailed in all regards: claims
for malpractice and breach of contract, as well as its counterclaims
against its former client for breach of contract and for violations
of the Consumer Protection Act. The former client and its President
also confessed judgment on an alter ego claim minutes before opening.
The CPA claims were tried in a second phase to the same jury. |
