GMT Lawyers Complete Settlement of Complex Construction
Defect Insurance Dispute
GMT partners Chuck Gordon and Frank Cordell recently represented
a major Seattle-area general contractor involved in a complex construction-defect
case. GMT served as coverage counsel to the general contractor. After
extensive negotiations, GMT helped facilitate a global settlement
of the dispute. The settlement resulted in full coverage of the general
