GMT Attorney to Speak at ABA Annual Meeting.
GMT partner Frank Cordell will participate in a panel presentation
as part of the American Bar Association's 2005 Annual Meeting in Chicago,
Illinois. The program, sponsored by the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice
Section, is entitled "Why Do Insurers Sue Each Other and What
Happens When They Do? Inter-Carrier Disputes Theory and Practice"
and will take place on August 6. Frank will be providing the policyholder's
perspective, and will join a panel of distingushed carrier-side lawyers,
carrier representatives, and mediators from around the U.S.
