After 3 weeks of trial, GMT and Keller Rohrback settled a personal injury claim against the City of Seattle relating to the design and maintenance of a City crosswalk for $4 million. The case was brought on behalf of Katie Fournier, a 20-year old injured in the unlit, improperly signed crosswalk in October 2003. Jeff Tilden and Will Smart (of Keller Rohrback) represented the plaintiff.
