Jim Murray was the invited guest speaker at the quarterly state meeting of the Torts Division of the Washington Attorney General’s Office.  Jim gave a presentation on “Direct Examination as Dialogue” in which he stressed the often forgotten importance (and resulting lack of preparation) of direct examination as the trial’s primary story-telling device.
