Chuck Gordon and Jim Murray joined other faculty members at a ‘sold-out’ advanced trial techniques seminar sponsored by the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.  The seminar was held at the mock courtroom of Tsongas Litigation Consulting.  Chuck Gordon talked about case preparation via closing argument and Jim Murray gave “A Wrangler’s View of Direct Examination.”
