Gordon Murray Tilden represented The Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in an action alleging child abuse resulting from negligence.  The case was tried in U.S. District Court in Seattle, October 2 through 12, 2006.  The jury returned a verdict finding the Church responsible for only 6.25 percent of $1.4 million in compensatory damages to the plaintiff.  The case was handled by Chuck Gordon, Jeff Tilden and Mike Rosenberger.
