Mark Wilner has been elected to the partnership, effective January 1, 2009. He will continue his trial and appellate practice focusing on a wide range of commercial, class action, insurance coverage, and personal injury litigation--for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mark is a 2001 honors graduate from the University of Washington School of Law, and former law clerk to the Hon. Richard B. Sanders of the Washington Supreme Court.
