GTT&C has advised and litigated with respect to a number of environmental liability matters. We have represented several clients with respect to the cleanup of historical contamination of industrial sites under the federal Superfund law and Washington state equivalents. Several of our attorneys have extensive experience in environmental allocation trials. Recently, GTT&C represented Boeing in an environmental contribution lawsuit that resulted in an early and favorable dismissal of Boeing. In another case, GTT&C represented Winmar Properties, Inc. in a cost-recovery action by the City of Vancouver. Winmar reached a non-monetary resolution of their alleged liability in that matter. We have extensive experience in the examination and litigation of historical environmental matters as a result of our work in the environmental insurance coverage area.
