Samantha assists both individuals and businesses in navigating complex legal issues with practical and efficient advice and advocacy. Her practice includes insurance recovery advice and litigation; commercial litigation; and personal injury litigation.  Her insurance coverage practice ranges from long-tail environmental coverage advice and litigation to sex abuse coverage advice and litigation to representing individuals with homeowner coverage disputes. Samantha’s clients include both large and small to mid-sized companies, government entities, and individuals.  She has both trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts.
