GTTC Welcomes Kasey Huebner

Kasey’s practice focuses on insurance recovery and bad faith litigation; trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation; and employment law. She has successfully represented Fortune 100 and 500 companies, local businesses, government entities, and individuals in wide variety of complex cases. Before joining GTTC, Kasey was a shareholder for nine years with Mills Meyers Swartling, P.S.

Kasey’s peers have voted Kasey a Top 100 Washington Super Lawyer and a Top 50 Women Washington Super Lawyer. She is a former Chair of the Washington State Bar Association’s Litigation Section and currently serves on the Board of the Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle. Kasey has been a lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law, where she taught Civil Procedure II and Pre-Trial Practice and where she was nominated for the Philip A. Trautman Professor of the Year award. She regularly writes articles and presents at continuing legal education seminars related to her areas of practice.
Kasey graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school she received Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and served as a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review. Kasey also served as an extern for the Honorable Marsha J. Pechman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Kasey received her B.A. in English from the University of Washington, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
