GTTC Goes to London: British Insurance Law Association

Frank Cordell was honored to be invited to speak at the BILA – British Insurance Law Association‘s event, US coverage disputes: what the London market needs to know. The program was held on November 3 at the Old Library at Lloyd’s.  Frank’s segment examined what makes Washington State one of the most policyholder-friendly jurisdictions in the U.S. and what insurers are doing about it.  The program was moderated by Arabella Ramage of the Lloyd’s Market Association; the panelists included UK-based mediator Amanda Bucklow, U.S.-based mediator Jeff Kichaven, Seth Lamden of Blank Rome, Chris Mosley of Foley Hoag, and Jason Reeves of Zelle.
