GTTC Sues School Insurer in U.S. Supreme Court Praying Football Coach Case

GTTC managing partner Susannah Carr and associate Emily Knight filed a lawsuit for Bremerton School District against its insurer seeking to recover a nearly $1.8 million attorney fee settlement the school district reached with the local high school football coach the United States Supreme Court found was wrongly suspended for praying on the 50-yard line after football games.
